Dear Exhibitor: August 2009
Thank you for entering Up ‘N Over’s NADAC trial. Attached is a confirmation of your entry. This will be your only confirmation, if you need a hard copy please email me privately to request it. Please review the information carefully and notify me of any corrections as soon as possible. Be sure to check your NADAC number. Dogs finishing a title on Saturday may be moved-up for Sunday. Exhibitors must fill out a move-up form at the secretary’s table Saturday afternoon. No move-ups will be made on Sunday.
Parking coupons for exhibitors are below which will reduce the parking fee to $3.00 on the trial days. Coupon must be presented to get the reduced rate. The usual parking fee is $5.00.
The format for this year’s trial will be two alternating rings. We will run only one ring at a time; the other ring will be reset and walked for the next class. Any offers to help are greatly appreciated. Trials can only run with the help of many volunteers. We will use a day of show sign-up on a board near the rings. Please sign up for any classes you are available/willing to work. Lunch will be provided for all workers. Both days check-in is at 8:00 am; briefing and first course walk through will begin at 8:15 am with judging to begin at 8:30 am both days. Classes are small so they should move along quickly.
The running order for classes will be posted at the rings. A limited number of catalogs will be available at check-in, these will be given out on a first come, first serve basis. You may print your own copy from our website at <http://www.unoagilityclub.com/> Handlers running multiple dogs will be separated at the rings. Please talk to the gate steward before the class starts. This running order will not include day of show entries.

Ring 2 - Jumpers (Elite, Open, Novice)
Ring 1 - Tunnelers (Elite, Open, Novice)


Sun. - All classes will run Small to Tall
Ring 2 - Weavers (Elite, Open, Novice)
Ring 1 - Regular 1 & 2 Elite / Regular 1 & 2 Open / Regular 1 & 2 Novice

Remember in NADAC all dogs jumping less than 20 inches (Veteran dogs jumping less than 16”) must be measured or a height card must be presented at check-in. Dogs entered in Skilled do not need to be measured.

Trial Information
***Neighbors complain about cars sitting in the street waiting for the park to open for agility trials. NO ONE (except UNO Club Members) will be allowed into the park before 7:00 am. NO EXCEPTIONS!***
·The park will be open for set-up on Friday night. The parking fee of $5.00 will be in effect on Friday night. Up ‘N Over Agility Club will not be responsible for any items left overnight.
·Food will NOT be available on site. Food is provided for all worker volunteers. There are some fast food places and restaurants fairly close to the site.
·Water will be available at the park. There will be a hose and small pools available.
Dogs are not allowed off leash except when in the ring or using practice equipment. Please obey park rules.
·Please clean up after your dogs so we can use the site again in the future.
·Please be considerate of other guests at motels and campgrounds. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find places that will accept dogs.

DIRECTIONS TO Site
Bloomer Park, 345 John R. Rd., Rochester Hills, MI

Bloomer Park is located at John R. and Avon (23 Mile Rd.). Follow John R. north it will end at the park entrance, which is just north of Avon Road.

From the east: Take 23 Mile Rd. West. At Dequindre follow the road to the left, then it will be Avon Road. Take Avon Road to John R. Road turn right (north). Follow John R. it will end at the park entrance.
OR Take M-59 West to Dequindre north to Avon Road. Turn left on Avon Road. Go North on John R. to park entrance. There is no exit on M-59 for John R.

From the west: Take M-59 to Rochester Road. North on Rochester Road to Avon Road. Turn right on Avon Road. Follow east to John R. Take John R. north to park entrance.

From the north or south: Take Rochester Road to Avon Road follow west directions above.
OR Take Van Dyke (M-53) to 23 Mile Road follow east directions above.
